The primary care veterinarian and the veterinarians at Emergency Pet Care of Jupiter can then work as a team with you and your pets to provide continuity in patient care. To facilitate this relationship, we ask that you bring with you copies of pertinent information regarding your pet's condition, including test results and treatments. Your veterinarian can provide this information.

Emergency Pet Care of Jupiter strives to maintain effective communications with the client and their veterinarian so that informed decisions and appropriate continued veterinary therapy can be made as a team effort in the best interest of the pet and the client. A copy of the dismissal instructions given to you at the time of your pet’s discharge from the hospital is faxed to your veterinarian to ensure immediate continuity of care and for inclusion in the patient's permanent record. After your pet is discharged, we encourage you to return to your regular veterinarian for continued care, follow up medications, and medical management.
