Dr. Bucher and the staff at Emergency Pet Care of Jupiter took care of our cat last year.  Due to Dr. Bucher's quick action and diagnostic expertise, Jasmine was transferred to PB Veterinary Specialists and made a full recovery.  The techs and everyone at the clinic were so good to us, I want everyone to know how fortunate we are to have your services in Jupiter.  I will never forget that stressful time and I know that without Dr. Bucher, the outcome would have been much different for us. I was tearful and distraught seeing my cat so sick, but everyone at Emergency Pet Care of Jupiter treated me with kindness and understanding, doing all they could to console me and comfort Jas.  As a nurse, I'm used to dealing with sick people, but I was relying on others to take care of our sick cat.  I didn't feel 'helpless', because I knew that what needed to be done, would be done! I thank God that there are humans that devote their time and talent to the care of animals in times of urgent care need.

We were referred to your facility by Harmony Animal Hospital because our dog “ Kahlua” was experiencing vertigo. It was a very scary time for us and heartbreaking to watch our little four legged girl go through such an episode. You and all your staff were so kind, calm and informative that we knew we made the right decision by bringing her there. Kahlua made it through those first 48 hours with your expert care. As the days and weeks have passed, she has recovered remarkably well. Her head tilt is even gone! So from both of us and Kahlua, thank you!
